Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Limited (RIIL) is a subsidiary of RIL. RIL holds 45.43% of the entire shares of RIIL. It was established in September 1988 as Chembur Patalganga Pipelines Limited, with the most objective of constructing and using cross-country pipelines to move petroleum products.
